The short answer

Only Platinum offers a verified cash dining credit here, and it is four separate £100 pots with expiry dates — not a £400 restaurant budget.

Platinum: four pots, strict rules

The published benefit gives up to £100 back at participating UK restaurants and £100 abroad in each half of the calendar year. Unused amounts expire and cannot move between countries or periods. The terms reviewed end on 31 December 2026; continuation was not verified.

  • Save both the local and abroad dining offers before you spend.
  • Primary card only; supplementary-card spending does not qualify.
  • Dine in at a listed participating venue and pay the restaurant directly.
  • Excluded: takeaway, gift cards, deposits, booking or no-show fees and payment facilitators.
  • Foreign-currency fees still apply and do not count toward the credit.
  • Spend at least a day before the period ends so the transaction is captured in time.

Restaurant perks that are not cash credits

NatWest Premier Reward Black lists a 24/7 concierge with priority restaurant bookings and perks, but no fixed dining statement credit was verified. Value it as a service, not as money back.

Monzo Max includes one selected Greggs item each week and 10% off Vue food and non-alcoholic drinks with its monthly cinema ticket. These are small, defined treats; reset and location rules were not fully verified.

How to value a dining perk

Count only meals you would have bought anyway at a participating venue, within the period, after excluded charges. If you would not dine at a listed restaurant before the deadline, the credit is worth nothing to you. Never pick a card because of a headline credit total.
